Welcome to our consultation portal for land north of Shenfield.
Here you will find further information on the site location, benefits, as well as additional information on the respective planning applications that are coming forward.
The site
The site is located on land north of Shenfield High School and is allocated for development in Brentwood Borough Council’s Local Plan under policy reference number RO3. This means that the Council has found the site to be sustainable for development to take place. No planning permission has yet been granted but planning applications for the respective sites will be submitted to Brentwood Borough Council for consideration over the coming months.
A consortium of developers will be bringing the site forward which include Croudace, Countryside, Stonebond and Redrow, who are working collaboratively with the Council to ensure the scheme is delivered. The parcel breakdown can be seen in the image to the right.
